How much does a pre-owned iPhone cost?

What's the difference between pre-owned and second-hand?
A pre-owned iPhone comes with a 2-year warranty and a battery of 86–100%. Each unit passes a multi-point technical inspection in our service centre. A typical second-hand phone often has only a 12-month warranty and battery health below 80%.
Is buying a pre-owned iPhone safe?
Yes – every iPhone has a 2-year warranty and is removed from its previous Apple ID. We run 11 physical stores in Czechia; Google ratings are public on each store profile.
What condition are the phones in?
We offer six grades: Unboxed (sealed Apple box, 100% battery), Like New (96–100% battery), Grade A (no or barely visible marks), Grade A- (minor marks), Grade B (visible cosmetic marks) and Grade C (noticeable marks). Functionally all iPhones are 100%.
What about battery health?
Unboxed comes with 100% battery, Like New 96–100%, all other grades (A, A-, B, C) 86–100%. The exact capacity is listed for each unit.
What warranty do the phones have?
Every iPhone comes with a 2-year warranty – the same as a brand-new unit from the Apple Store. Claims are handled in the Czech Republic, not at a foreign hub.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, we offer instalments via Home Credit. Choose your monthly payment and term in the calculator on the product page — approval is online in a few minutes.
Can I pick the phone up in person?
Yes – pickup at selected iLoveServis stores is free. We have stores in Prague (6×), Brno, Hradec Králové, Ostrava, Olomouc and Liberec.
How fast will my order arrive?
We deliver within 2 business days anywhere in the Czech Republic (PPL). Shipping is free on orders from CZK 1,000.
Will I get an invoice?
Yes – a full VAT invoice is sent by email. For companies we automatically issue an invoice with your company ID (IČO).
