What's the difference between pre-owned and second-hand?
A pre-owned iPhone comes with a 2-year warranty and battery health of 86–100%. Each unit passes a multi-point technical inspection in our service centre. With other sellers, it depends on the specific phone and the seller's terms.
Is buying a pre-owned iPhone safe?
Yes – every iPhone has a 2-year warranty and is removed from its previous Apple ID. We run 11 physical stores in Czechia; Google ratings are public on each store profile.
What condition are the phones in?
We offer six grades: Unboxed (sealed Apple box, 100% battery), Like New (92–100 % battery), Grade A (no or barely visible marks), Grade A- (minor marks), Grade B (visible cosmetic marks) and Grade C (noticeable marks). Functionally all iPhones are 100%.
What about battery health?
Unboxed comes with 100% battery, Like New 92–100 %, all other grades (A, A-, B, C) 86–100%. The exact capacity is listed for each unit.
What warranty do the phones have?
Every iPhone comes with a 2-year warranty. Claims are handled in the Czech Republic, not at a foreign hub.
Can I pay in instalments?

Can I pick the phone up in person?
